Hi,
I’ve been tasked with implementing BillRun for my employer using a remote Database and have been able to get almost everything working.
We tried to test with a sample of usage however when we run a billing cycle the screen loads, then hangs at 50%. It’s been over 48 hours and a 2nd test with another cycle checking logs shows that the process should be complete, but there is no return.
We cannot interrupt the bill run for these cycles, nor find anything in logs as to why it doesn’t return an invoice.
